Role Overview

Darche is looking to hire a motivated and proactive part-time Social Media & Content Coordinator. This role requires the creation of compelling, brand-aligned content across various digital channels to bring the brand’s story to life, foster community engagement, and collaborate with influencers and creators to broaden brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and executing the content calendar and production timelines for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Serving as a public representative of Darche across social media channels.
  • Producing authentic and engaging content that adheres to Darche’s brand voice and identity.
  • Driving effective influencer and creator partnerships, nurturing these relationships while ensuring brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Tracking and reporting metrics related to channel growth, content engagement, influencer activities, and campaign results.
  • Capturing and generating content during major Australasian trade shows and expos.
  • Collaborating with product experts to develop and manage a product training platform.
  • Supporting digital content initiatives for key retail partners.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Two to three years of proven experience in a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in content creation across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other media channels.
  • Strong editing capabilities with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalents.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and evolving content formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing influencer and brand partnerships effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with creativity and new idea generation.
  • A genuine passion for outdoor products and the outdoor industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required and work occasional weekends associated with events.
