Role Overview and Objectives

The Community Intern will assist in nurturing and expanding Sleek's entrepreneurial community across platforms. This role involves managing online forums, developing regional community strategies aligned with business goals, and executing innovative engagement initiatives. The intern will foster active member interactions, organize online and offline events, collaborate across teams to generate impactful content, and analyze community metrics to optimize engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and grow Sleek's online entrepreneur groups.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to strengthen regional community presence aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Identify innovative opportunities to elevate community engagement through creative initiatives.
  • Establish and sustain meaningful connections within the community, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Respond promptly to member queries, resolving issues to build trust.
  • Design and lead engaging events and campaigns, both virtual and in-person.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create valuable content tailored for the community.
  • Analyze engagement data and feedback to measure effectiveness and inform strategic improvements.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Currently located in Singapore with the ability to commit to a six-month internship.
  • Final-year bachelor’s degree student or recent graduate.
  • Proficient with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Basic skills in creative content creation using tools like Canva or CapCut.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and metrics.
  • Experience or willingness to use AI tools for content and video creation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, teamwork skills with an aptitude for independent work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Previous exposure to community management or marketing is advantageous.
