About the Role
We are seeking a creative and well-organized individual to manage our Instagram and Facebook platforms, strengthen our brand identity, and coordinate content production. This position suits someone passionate about social media, trends, and storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and stories consistently.
- Develop and update a monthly content calendar.
- Conduct research to identify trending audios, reels, memes, and innovative content ideas.
- Collaborate with our videographer for shoot planning and video editing.
- Craft engaging captions, select relevant hashtags, and create compelling calls to action.
- Respond professionally to followers' comments and direct messages.
- Build and nurture relationships within our online community.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Analyze competitors and keep abreast of market trends.
- Support basic website updates such as product pages, banners, and promotional offers.
- Gain product knowledge to suggest content ideas related to our offerings.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong familiarity with Instagram and Facebook platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva preferred.
- Basic understanding of photography principles and visual aesthetics.
- Experience using Instagram Insights and analytics tools.
- Effective communication and organizational capabilities.
- Self-driven, proactive attitude with a readiness to learn.
- Interest in crystals, healing, and holistic wellness is advantageous.
Bonus Skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO.
- Familiarity with Shopify or WordPress platforms.
- Introductory video editing experience.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite.
- Ability to leverage ChatGPT or AI-based tools.
