Work arrangement and assignment details
- Location: Culver City, California
- Work schedule: In office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote on Monday and Friday
- Assignment length: 9 months

What you will do
- Build and execute social content strategies that support creator-led storytelling across services initiatives.
- Find and coordinate creators to develop original social content tailored to each platform.
- Drive creator-focused campaigns from the early concept stage through briefing, review, and final delivery.
- Work closely with marketing, communications, editorial, and product teams to keep content aligned with wider priorities.
- Review performance data and audience insights to improve current and future content plans.
- Make sure all creator output follows brand standards, campaign objectives, and platform-specific best practices.
- Track cultural and social trends to uncover new opportunities for engagement and storytelling.
Required experience
- At least 5 years of experience handling projects and workflows in creator marketing or social/digital content environments.
- Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, outside vendors, and creators.
- Comfort managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects at once.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools or systems for tracking work and reporting progress.
- Background in building or improving workflows and processes across teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience preparing and presenting Keynote presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
Preferred background
- Prior work with creators, influencers, or external talent on marketing or social campaigns.
- Experience supporting social or digital campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or similar channels.
- Strong organizational ability and the capacity to juggle several projects simultaneously.
- Experience giving status updates and maintaining clear documentation.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing, communications, editorial, or creative teams.
