Role Overview
The Social Content Producer will own the planning, coordination, and delivery of social-first content across multiple formats. The position combines creative production with operational oversight, ensuring content is produced at a high standard and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social-first content production from pre-planning through on-set execution.
- Handle production details such as shoot schedules, locations, permits, crew coordination, equipment, and talent logistics.
- Make sure content is captured efficiently and follows best practices for the platforms it will live on, while supporting performance objectives.
- Lead coverage at major brand events, staying flexible in fast-moving settings where priorities can shift quickly.
- Assist with athlete-related content production, including coordinating talent and overseeing activity on location.
- Run creator content workflows from outreach and briefing through final handoff, while managing timelines, approvals, and coordination with influencer or talent teams.
- Juggle several active projects at once and keep them aligned with content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Independently manage assigned projects with strong structure, organization, and follow-through.
- Help refine production workflows and identify efficiency improvements as content volume increases.
- Work closely with Creative, Social, Influencer, and Marketing partners to keep concept and execution aligned.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in social content production, digital media, or creative production.
- Strong awareness of social platforms and changing content trends.
- Background producing content at volume and coordinating multiple projects at the same time.
- Excellent organizational ability with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment and keeping projects moving forward.
- Good understanding of content performance and audience engagement on social channels.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and adjust to changing priorities.
- Collaborative approach with clear, proactive communication.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, and talent is preferred.
- Willingness to work on location, including travel and non-standard hours when needed.

The base salary for this exempt role is $100,000 to $115,000 per year. Final pay may differ depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance, and in some cases may fall outside the stated range.
