About the Role
This position sits at the centre of the store’s day-to-day operations and plays an important part in improving efficiency, accuracy, and profitability. You will partner closely with the Operations & Visual Manager and the Operations Lead to carry out tasks, share feedback, and help the team achieve strong store-wide results.

Key Responsibilities
- Run inventory control processes with a focus on improving accuracy and lowering shrinkage.
- Look into inventory discrepancies, identify the underlying causes, and work with the General Manager to raise process or system issues when needed.
- Help with core operational work such as shipment handling, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, floor recovery, same-day replenishment, floor set changes, and supply tracking.
- Keep the sales floor visually strong and aligned with brand standards.
- Support reporting, budgeting, expense control, inventory management, supply handling, vendor coordination, technology, and facilities-related needs.
- Help maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient stockroom and back-of-house operation.
- Stay active on the retail floor to respond to the needs of the business, the team, and guests.
- Carry out company operational projects and directives in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead.
- Assist with shipment processing and product movement, including visual merchandising placement and consistent replenishment.
- Use business metrics to support practical, growth-focused decisions.
- Handle client concerns quickly and effectively to support a positive customer experience.
- Spot product issues and share inventory needs that help support business goals.
- Step in to support Sales & Service and Cashier tasks when required.

The role suits someone energetic, upbeat, and enthusiastic, with the ability to balance enjoyment with productivity. A successful associate is self-driven, results-oriented, collaborative, and able to build trust through empathy, compassion, and integrity.
Working Pattern
Availability must match business needs and may change over time. The General Manager sets scheduling requirements, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Team members must also be available from the week of and including Black Friday through the end of the holiday season, which runs until the first week of January.

Physical Requirements
This role requires regular movement on the shop floor and the ability to handle physically active tasks. You should be able to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds, as well as bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely use a ladder. Standing and moving for the full shift is also required.
