Position Overview
Embrace the opportunity to develop your skills, grow professionally, and make impactful contributions as a Social Content Manager focused on YouTube channels. You will drive content creation and strategy across brands including SexyHair, DevaCurl, and STMNT.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content creation and execution for YouTube channels of multiple beauty brands, including both short- and long-form video formats such as tutorials, educational materials, and collaborative creator content.
- Coordinate concept development, video shooting logistics, editing, and final packaging for YouTube and other social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Manage upload schedules, optimize thumbnails, descriptions, and metadata to enhance search visibility and follow SEO best practices.
- Ensure consistent video quality and adherence to brand voice while highlighting each brand’s unique character.
- Organize production activities by coordinating schedules, talent, locations, and post-production requirements effectively.
- Work closely with Creative Strategy and Design teams to maintain alignment with overall brand identity and campaign goals.
- Support engagement with stylists, content creators, and educators for co-branded content efforts and foster strong relationships within the creator community.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as watch time, viewer retention, engagement, and conversions in collaboration with Business Intelligence teams to inform content refinement.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends on YouTube and in video content to keep the brands at the forefront of digital innovation.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital video production, social media content creation, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing YouTube content, including familiarity with platform analytics.
- Proficiency with video production tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut, alongside strong storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of beauty, educational, or lifestyle content landscapes is preferred.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and team-oriented with a passion for creative and technical excellence.
- Ability to balance multiple distinct brand identities while maintaining consistent quality and tone.

Compensation
The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting the company’s expected range at the time of posting. Additional incentive pay and compensation benefits may apply, determined by qualifications and location. This complies with local pay transparency requirements.
