Role Overview
We are seeking driven and skilled professionals to join our Commercial Insurance team, focusing specifically on the SME channel for Non-Motor insurance products. If you possess knowledge and experience in Non-Motor Insurance and aspire to work in an environment that promotes growth, this position offers an exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and expand the Commercial Insurance portfolio catering to the SME sector, concentrating on Non-Motor insurance products.
- Drive business development through multiple avenues including direct channels, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Manage insurance products such as Fire, Marine, Liability, Property, and other related Non-Motor categories.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure business retention and renewal.
- Comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of relevant experience in Commercial or Non-Motor Insurance.
- A solid understanding of SME and Commercial Line insurance products.
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong client relationship management capabilities.
- Background in the General Insurance industry is mandatory.
Compensation
The position offers a fixed salary up to INR 1,000,000 per annum, accompanied by attractive incentive schemes.
