The SMB and MB teams work with companies that are large enough to support more advanced sales approaches, including the design of complex solutions and collaboration across the wider ecosystem.

What You Will Do
As an SMB & MB Account Executive, you will work with current customers as well as new prospects to promote the full Salesforce Customer 360 platform. Your role will involve building trusted relationships with both influencers and decision makers in your assigned territory, while helping customers unlock the value of their Salesforce investment.
You will use your business development experience to create opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
- Work closely with internal teams to expand customer value and bring in specialist expertise.
- Carry out account tiering, point-of-view mapping, and industry mapping.
- Reach out through multiple channels to identify sales opportunities and generate net-new logo leads.
- Handle objections and keep deals moving forward.
- Research customer personas and industry dynamics to improve outreach and positioning.
- Manage a high number of accounts while setting the right priorities.
- Balance multiple deadlines and competing workstreams effectively.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive who is eager to build a career in Salesforce. Experience with complex sales solutions is helpful, but not essential, provided you have worked in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role.
You should bring a growth mindset, the ability to think ahead, and a clear plan for your own development. It is important that you can form a strong point of view, express it with confidence, and earn trust as a dependable adviser to customers.
Self-awareness matters in this role. You should understand your motivations, be naturally curious, and feel excited about learning from everything Salesforce has to offer. Prior Salesforce experience is not required, although it would be an advantage. A real enthusiasm for technology, disruption, and innovation is also highly desirable.
