It is looking for individuals who are eager to help businesses and communities grow while keeping its values at the core of everything they do.
This opportunity sits within a team that is helping shape the future of work in the agentic era, where Agentforce plays a major role in Salesforce’s vision. It is suited to someone who wants to grow their career in a company that is driving workforce transformation.
Role Overview
The Growth Business team partners with established organizations that are ready to accelerate expansion. The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and supported by tailored training and clear career development paths.
The SMB and mid-market teams work with businesses at a scale where more complex sales solutions can be built and delivered in partnership with the wider ecosystem. This position offers broad exposure across multiple internal teams and business units, helping expand overall knowledge of how Salesforce operates.
Both formal and informal learning are provided, with development shaped around individual strengths and career goals. The culture encourages feedback, initiative, and ownership.
What You’ll Do

- Balance multiple deadlines and competing demands effectively
What They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is an established account executive who is excited by the chance to build a career with Salesforce. Experience with complex sales solutions is preferred, although not essential if you have already worked in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role.
You should bring a growth-oriented mindset, be able to think ahead, and have a clear sense of your own direction. The role also calls for someone who can form a strong point of view, defend it thoughtfully, and earn credibility as a trusted adviser to customers.
Self-awareness, curiosity, and a genuine willingness to learn are important. A strong interest in technology, disruption, and innovation will be an advantage. Prior Salesforce experience is helpful but not required.
