Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site sales opportunity in Singapore with Restosuite Private Limited. The position is built for a motivated business development professional who enjoys prospecting, winning new customers, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships in the SMB space.
The monthly pay includes a base salary of $3,500 to $4,000, along with an uncapped commission plan. The software commission ranges from 8% to 22% and is tied to KPI performance, so overall earnings can grow with results.
What you will be doing
- Find and approach new SMB prospects across the region through cold calling, targeted networking, and social selling.
- Deliver persuasive product demos and clearly explain the solution’s value to business owners and decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales process from first contact and discovery through negotiation and deal closure.
