Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Accra for Smart Life Insurance Advisors. The position focuses on engaging both new and current customers, clearly presenting life insurance products and their value, and suggesting solutions that align with each person’s protection needs and financial goals.

What You Will Do

  • Speak with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and explain suitable insurance options.
  • Assess customer requirements and prepare quotations that match their coverage expectations.
  • Guide policy applications and support the end-to-end onboarding process.
  • Follow up on inquiries and leads to help turn interest into long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide day-to-day support to customers, including answering questions about policy cover and claim procedures.
  • Keep clear and accurate records of customer conversations, sales progress, and related activities.
  • Work with internal teams to support product learning, service delivery, and sales coordination.
  • Take part in outreach and marketing efforts aimed at expanding the customer base.

Qualifications

  • Applicants should have strong communication and marketing ability.
  • Customer service skills are important, especially being responsive, empathetic, and relationship-oriented.
  • Clear speaking and writing skills, active listening, and confident presentation ability are expected.
  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a similar area is helpful.
  • WASSCE graduates may also be considered.
  • Experience in sales, insurance selling, financial advisory, or other client-facing work is an advantage.
  • High ethical standards, personal integrity, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
