Role overview
DFES is offering a permanent full-time opportunity that is available for immediate appointment.
About the directorate
The Training Development Support and Compliance (TDSC) Directorate supports the creation and upkeep of training products, resources, and quality assurance systems that help deliver strong training outcomes. It also helps DFES retain its standing as a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Alongside product development and compliance responsibilities, the directorate strengthens governance, reporting, and access to training by managing the organisation’s eLearning systems.
About the position
This position is responsible for developing and overseeing skills recognition processes for both staff and volunteers. It also contributes to training and assessment support, quality assurance, and ongoing improvement work within DFES’s RTO framework.
Eligibility to apply
Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
National Police Certificate
As a condition of employment for new DFES staff, a current National Police Certificate issued within the last 3 months must be provided before starting.
