About the Role
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee cleanroom installation projects at pharmaceutical facilities, primarily located in Athlone, Limerick, and Dublin. The company is a well-established specialist contractor, delivering cleanroom construction services to top pharmaceutical clients throughout Ireland. Reporting directly to the Contracts Director within a small, experienced team, you will play a key role in managing live sites focusing on people, program delivery, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities of cleanroom installation across active sites, supervising crews of 20-25 personnel including both direct employees and agency staff.
- Enforce and promote health and safety protocols on site to maintain high safety standards.
- Track quality control measures and ensure project milestones are met according to schedule.
- Coordinate with the Contracts Director and maintain communication with the main contractor’s site team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate and current site records and documentation using Procore software.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or strong Site Supervisor within the construction industry.
- Previous exposure to cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or fit-out projects is beneficial, though training and support will be provided to facilitate role adjustment.
- Strong leadership qualities capable of effectively managing site personnel.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction site technologies, especially Procore, is required.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel between multiple site locations as needed.
Compensation and Opportunities
