Site Finishing Foreman

About the Role

We are looking for a Site Finishing Foreman to work on a project in Abuja, Nigeria. This position is based in Nigeria, not in India, and is intended for candidates who are prepared to relocate.

Eligibility

Only Gulf return candidates are eligible to be considered. Applicants should hold a B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering. The role is meant for candidates who can join immediately, have a valid passport, and are ready to move to Abuja, Nigeria.

Working Conditions

The job offers a salary of USD 1,300 to 1,500 per month. The work schedule is 10 hours per day, 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all finishing-stage activities at the construction site.
• Check and ensure proper execution of tile installation for both floors and walls.
• Track and examine concrete repair, plastering, and other finishing tasks according to project requirements.
• Handle plumbing-related work such as water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, and testing.
• Supervise electrical activities including conduit laying, wiring, light fixtures, and final connections.
• Work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to keep the project moving on schedule.
• Review construction drawings and project specifications to guide execution.

Preferred Experience

Candidates should have practical experience in tile work, concrete work, plumbing work, and electrical work.
