Your Opportunity

Blackwoods is expanding, and this opening is for a proactive Site Facilitator to support a number of customer locations around Rockhampton. The role also includes two trips to Emerald and Blackwater every three weeks.

You will be responsible for replacing and servicing inventory for multiple clients. Success in this role will depend on your ability to pick and pack accurately, maintain a high standard of work, and communicate issues clearly when they arise. The position is largely independent and would suit someone looking to build experience in account management. It is a hands-on role in a strong working environment, and it includes a vehicle that can also be used privately.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify the most suitable mix of products and services for each client by reviewing pricing, stock levels, alternative options, and expected delivery timelines.
  • Keep store processes and inventory control systems running effectively.
  • Deliver inventory solutions at customer locations while working closely with Blackwoods stakeholders.
  • Handle after-hours support when requested by the customer, but only with supervisor or manager consultation and approval.
  • Maintain supplier and manufacturer relationships, including negotiation where needed.

What You'll Bring

  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
  • Confidence working independently, including unloading stock on site and replenishing vending machines.
  • Strong customer service approach with solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to solve problems in a busy, fast-moving setting.
  • A full Australian driver licence with no restrictions.
