Job Overview and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should possess between 5 to 10 years of experience specifically in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industrial shade projects. Responsibilities include overseeing civil construction activities such as RCC work, masonry, plastering, tiling, trimix application, and plumbing installations. The role requires self-motivation, independent working capability, strong planning competence, and team leadership skills.
Technical tasks involve conducting leveling using Dumpy or Auto levels, quantity estimation, preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and billing processes. Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD software is essential.
Work Location and Joining
The project site is located in Ranje, Taluka Bhor, District Pune. Candidates should be prepared for immediate joining or able to join with a short notice period.
