Site Engineer (Open to Fresh Grads)

Role Overview

This position is for a Site Engineer in Singapore, responsible for steering construction work on site and keeping day-to-day progress aligned with the project timeline and quality expectations. The employer is open to fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and track overall site progress.
• Organize, execute, and follow up on site work so it stays on plan.
• Align activities with the master schedule and detailed work programme.
• Coordinate with the Professional Engineer regarding temporary works.
• Work with consultants (QPS) on technical matters and coordinate on-site tasks with subcontractors.
• Address technical and engineering challenges as they arise.
• Guide supervisors on construction work and help ensure the project remains on schedule.
• Uphold quality standards, perform site inspections, and close out technical issues promptly.
• Draft reports and method statements when needed.
• Oversee and control site workers, monitor their tasks closely, and help maintain a safe and tidy work environment.

Requirements

• A degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
