The company is hiring a Site Administrator to support a residential project in Wilkinsons Brook, County Dublin.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for keeping the site office organised and supporting the wider site team with administration, document handling, reporting, and coordination activities. The position requires a polished and professional approach when dealing with internal teams, subcontractors, stakeholders, and members of the public.
Key Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the site office.
- Carry out general administrative work requested by the Site Manager or Contracts Manager, including preparing and circulating meeting notes and follow-up actions.
- Handle document control tasks such as assembling information packs, organising paperwork for the site team, and helping subcontractors resolve document-related queries.
- Work with the Procurement team as needed.
- Track anomalies and allocate hours in TAG promptly so they are ready before the fortnightly payroll deadline.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and share relevant information with site teams, stakeholders, and partners.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with the public and other stakeholders.
- Take on additional duties as required by the company from time to time.
Requirements
- A third-level qualification in a technical subject such as Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, or a closely related field.
- Experience in a construction or civil engineering environment.
- Solid knowledge of Building Control Regulations and the Code of Practice.
- Good understanding of the construction sequence and how work is carried out on site.
- Strong technical ability combined with excellent communication skills.
