Sign Production Specialist and Installer

Role overview

We are hiring a hands-on sign production specialist and installer to support the finishing, assembly, and placement of signs and graphics across a range of settings. The role involves working with tools and equipment to build, lift, erect, and mount displays indoors and outdoors, including ground installations, wall-mounted pieces, vehicle graphics, and ceiling-hung signage.

This opportunity is with a fast-growing visual communications business that values practical problem-solving, technical skill, and a can-do approach. The work is active and varied, with much of the day spent moving materials, assembling products, and carrying out installation tasks.

What you will do

• Carry out sign production work from start to finish.
• Install signage in interior and exterior environments.
• Support sign design tasks when needed.
• Communicate directly with customers and handle project-related discussions.
• Keep the production and manufacturing area clean, tidy, and well organized.
• Help maintain company sign-making tools and equipment.
• Record job information accurately in both digital and paper formats.
• Adapt to new tools, methods, and technologies as the business expands.
• Use, or be willing to learn to use, a bucket truck or aerial lift.

The role is offered through an independently owned franchise, and hiring decisions are handled by the local franchise management team.

Compensation is listed in two ways: an annual range of $36,000 to $41,000 and an hourly range of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
