Sign Production & Installation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sign Production & Installation Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This opportunity is designed for professionals with 4 to 10 years of experience in the signage industry, preferably with prior experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The ideal candidate will have a strong skill set in manufacturing, fabricating, and installing a variety of indoor and outdoor signage, including handling vinyl graphics, 3D letters, and ACP cladding. English proficiency in reading, writing, and basic communication is essential. Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install different signage types for interior and exterior applications.
• Prepare surfaces and substrates to ensure proper adhesion of vinyl and graphic materials.
• Apply vinyl graphics precisely in compliance with production guidelines.
• Mount and laminate printed graphics while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Install a wide range of signage including ACP/aluminum cladding, 3D channel letters, acrylic and metal letters, large vinyl graphics, banners, post and panel signs, wayfinding signs, directional signage, and concrete bases/sign frames.
• Operate power tools and mounting equipment safely and effectively.
• Interpret production drawings and installation instructions accurately.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections before and after installation.
• Coordinate with production and project teams to meet scheduled deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the worksite and upkeep of tools and equipment.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols during all fabrication and installation tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Between 4 to 10 years’ practical experience in signage production and installation.
• Proven expertise in installing both indoor and outdoor signage.
• Hands-on experience with vinyl application, lamination processes, and graphic mounting methods.
• Competence with ACP cladding, channel letters, signage fabrication, and structural installs.
• Proficient use of power tools and installation fixings.
• Ability to read and comprehend measurements, technical drawings, and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively in teams.
• Physically fit to work at heights and handle significant lifting responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel to various project locations when necessary.
• Good English communication skills with effective reading ability.
• Prior experience in GCC countries is considered advantageous.
