Sign Production & Installation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sign Production & Installation Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role requires 4 to 10 years of experience, preferably with exposure to GCC or Gulf region markets. Candidates must be proficient in English for reading, writing, and basic communication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, fabricating, and installing a variety of interior and exterior signage projects. Key Responsibilities

• Produce, assemble, and set up a broad range of indoor and outdoor signage types.
• Prepare substrates and surfaces to apply vinyl graphics and other signage accurately.
• Apply vinyl graphics, mount, and laminate printed signs following production guidelines.
• Install various signage including ACP/Aluminium cladding, 3D channel letters, acrylic and metal letters, large vinyl graphics, banners, post & panel signs, wayfinding and directional signage, concrete bases, and sign frames.
• Operate installation power tools safely and efficiently.
• Interpret production drawings and installation instructions accurately.
• Perform quality inspections pre- and post-installation.
• Collaborate with production and project teams to meet timelines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure a tidy work area.
• Comply with workplace health and safety standards during all production and installation activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 4 years and up to 10 years of relevant experience in signage production and installation.
• Extensive expertise in both indoor and outdoor signage installations.
• Proficiency in vinyl application, lamination, and graphic mounting methods.
• Experience in handling ACP cladding, sign fabrication including channel letters, and structural signage installations.
• Ability to use power tools and installation fixings effectively and safely.
• Competency in reading measurements, technical drawings, and production specifications.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capable of independent work as well as collaborating within a team environment.
• Physically able to work at heights and perform necessary lifting.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Good command of English for communication and documentation.
• Prior experience working in the GCC region is advantageous.
