Job Overview
For the TK Maxx store in Erfurt, a full-time security-focused role is available immediately with a weekly working time of 40 hours. The position combines store entry presence, loss prevention, and support for a safe shopping environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at the store entrance to help protect customers, employees, and merchandise
- Help prevent shrinkage and losses on the sales floor
- Support the store team in safeguarding products and store assets
- Contribute to effective conflict resolution when difficult situations arise
Your Profile
- Strong self-motivation, resilience, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and act professionally in challenging situations
- Experience in customer-facing work, security roles, guard services, or formal training as a protection and security specialist is helpful, but not mandatory
