The Showroom Salesman plays a crucial role in supporting customers by offering detailed product information and striving to increase sales within the showroom environment. This role involves keeping the showroom orderly, managing inventory levels, and processing customer transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or surpass assigned sales targets by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Assist showroom visitors with product choices, respond to their questions, and provide thorough product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term connections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom layout by ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and easily accessible, regularly reviewing stock levels, and adjusting product arrangements to optimize presentation.
• Ensure that all products on display are appropriately labeled and priced according to company policies.
• Proactively follow up with previous customers to confirm their satisfaction, resolve any issues raised, and encourage repeat purchases.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing sales figures, customer interactions, stock status, and other showroom-related activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to guarantee efficient showroom operations, jointly work towards sales objectives, and contribute to a supportive workplace atmosphere.
• Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system to generate precise invoices for customer purchases and ensure transactions are completed without errors and in a timely manner.
• Deliver sales invoices and receipts promptly to the showroom supervisor.
• Maintain a professional image by wearing the required uniform, adhering to personal grooming standards, and ensuring the showroom is presented in a tidy and professional manner.
