Role Overview
The Showroom Manager position involves full-time, on-site responsibility at the Blackrock showroom. This role supervises the entire customer experience from arrival through to garment rental completion. Duties encompass welcoming clients, providing styling suggestions, ensuring smooth checkout and returns, overseeing showroom appearance, maintaining organized inventory, and managing visual merchandising to align with brand standards. Daily operations include coordinating appointments, managing stock and inventory, responding to customer questions and feedback, operating point-of-sale systems, scheduling and training staff, advancing sales initiatives, and collaborating on promotional events to continuously enhance the customer journey.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead daily showroom operations to guarantee an outstanding and seamless experience that resonates with the community.
- Enforce Drobey's retail standards and practices to maintain operational efficiency and uniform brand representation.
- Perform regular stock audits and monitor inventory to meet quality control benchmarks.
- Package products and prepare shipments for onsite pickup and nationwide delivery.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships by fostering a welcoming and engaging environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to deliver excellent service and satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and guide part-time showroom staff, assigning tasks effectively and providing constructive performance feedback.
- Promote a positive team culture rooted in open communication and cooperation within the showroom.
