Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Showroom Assistant to support our PR and Influencer teams. This role involves assisting with showroom operations and contributing to marketing initiatives, offering an excellent opportunity to develop key skills in the fashion industry and foster professional connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in outreach and follow-up with influencers via social media direct messaging.
• Help process influencer orders efficiently.
• Organize and execute both onsite and offsite events and activations.
• Research prospective influencers and compile outreach lists.
• Create inventory look books tailored for specific events or general use.
• Provide support during showroom events and fittings.
• Prepare inventory, including steaming garments.
• Assist with inventory management tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the fashion and retail sectors.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive learner who takes initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Comfortable engaging with VIPs and talent when necessary.

Physical Requirements

This position regularly requires sitting, frequent talking and hearing, and occasional standing, walking, and manual dexterity including reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds occasionally is required. Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision is necessary.
