Short Stay Supervisor - Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Overview

We are seeking a Short-Stay Supervisor to establish and manage all aspects of short-term rental operations for a new property developer initiative in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role involves creating the entire operational framework from the ground up, covering everything from property listing to guest handover.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee short-stay rentals across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and local listing services. You will optimize occupancy and pricing strategies utilizing dynamic pricing tools like PriceLabs. The role includes full profit and loss accountability, managing revenue reporting and owner settlements. Coordination of housekeeping and maintenance teams is required, alongside managing guest interactions and ensuring compliance with Ministry of Tourism and guest registration regulations. Essentially, this position entails complete ownership of a new revenue stream’s operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have a minimum of two years’ experience working within short-stay or vacation rental management. Practical familiarity with Airbnb and Booking.com platforms as well as property management software such as Guesty and Hostaway is essential. A strong understanding of commercial metrics including occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and profit and loss statements is critical. The ability to autonomously develop operational processes is necessary. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Preferred Attributes

Experience working in Saudi Arabia or willingness to relocate is advantageous. Proficiency with PriceLabs or comparable pricing software is beneficial. Background in guest relations and prior experience leading teams will further support success in this role.
