Feel Your Soul and Jacob Zander seek a Narrative Short-Form Storyteller who can transform long-form video content like vlogs and brand materials into captivating short-form stories optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This editor role requires the ability to discover and craft compelling narratives from raw footage that drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert long-form videos into multiple short variations suitable for A/B testing and maximizing performance on social platforms.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, focusing on clear narrative pacing and structural flow.
• Create simple motion graphics with Adobe After Effects to support the storytelling experience.
• Incorporate sound design elements that enhance the emotional impact of each cut.
• Continuously refine edits based on performance analytics across different platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in editing short-form video content, particularly with a narrative or storytelling approach.
• Expertise with Premiere Pro and familiarity with After Effects for light motion graphics work.
• Understanding of sound design as a vital narrative tool beyond mere audio polishing.
• Comfort with producing and testing multiple edits and hooks to identify top-performing cuts.
• Residency in the United States or South America is required.

Compensation and Advancement

• This is initially a part-time position paid on a per-video basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time retainer role earning approximately $2,000 monthly.
