For Münster Arkaden, the team is looking for a Shopping Centre Manager to take ownership of day-to-day centre performance and support the continued development of the asset.

The position is based in Münster and is available immediately on a full-time basis.

Core responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage service charge, investment, and marketing budgets, and control shared costs across the centre.
  • Implement the annual marketing plan in coordination with the central marketing team.
  • Review tenant sales data to spot opportunities for improvement and additional leasing potential, while managing common areas.
  • Coordinate sales auditing activities and ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health standards.
  • Work closely with the centre management team in a collaborative, quality-driven environment.

Profile and requirements

  • A completed degree in business administration, management, hospitality, retail, or real estate management, or an equivalent qualification with additional commercial training.
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, retail, or branch/store operations.
  • Experience leading and motivating small teams, with strong communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong commercial awareness combined with analytical thinking and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A confident, service-oriented manner, high self-motivation, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Confident use of MS Office.
  • Fluent German and good English skills.

What the employer offers

  • A role with substantial responsibility and direct influence on the ongoing development of the shopping centre.
  • A varied scope of work in a supportive, well-established team environment.
  • 30 days of annual leave, plus 3 additional special leave days and an extra day off on your birthday.
  • A public transport subsidy up to the value of the Deutschlandticket, currently EUR 63, for all employees.
  • Access to well-being programs through Urban Sports Club and E-Gym Wellpass.
  • Attractive subsidies and benefits via the digital benefit platform, bike leasing, and additional employee perks.
  • Company pension provision and more.
