Role overview
This position is part of a busy retail team that helps keep the store running smoothly while delivering a positive customer experience. The role suits someone who enjoys an active environment, works well with others, and is comfortable balancing service, store presentation, and operational tasks.
Working hours
The roster for this role is Tuesday to Saturday, from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
Key duties
- Contribute to day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Support customers with friendly and effective service.
- Replenish shelves and help maintain a tidy, well-presented store.
- Clean and maintain store areas as needed.
- Work with the team to make sure tasks are completed efficiently and service standards remain high.
- If the store includes online fulfilment, pick products from shelves and pack online orders accurately.
- Follow picking-shelf procedures so stock availability stays as strong as possible.
About you
You’ll do well here if you bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role would help, but it is not essential. You should also be comfortable being on your feet for long periods, using ladders, and handling some heavy lifting.
