Job Overview

We are inviting experienced professionals for the role of Shift Supervisor in a leading steel manufacturing company based in Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in steel industry operations, particularly in fabrication. The role mandates strong organizational and supervisory capabilities along with expertise in safety and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage shift operations within the steel fabrication department ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance to achieve production targets.
  • Handle scheduling, multitasking activities, and resolve conflicts during shifts.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and technical knowledge to support operational needs.
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain communication with management regarding shift activities and outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

  • Educational qualification of BE, B.Tech, or Diploma in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years work experience in the steel industry.
  • Strong skills in decision making, conflict resolution, stress management, and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in training, organization, delegation, supervision, safety awareness, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary to be negotiated in Saudi Riyal (SAR).
  • Additional benefits including food allowance, accommodation, transportation, and overtime pay provided by the company.
