Shifts occur primarily during the afternoon and evening hours on weekends and Friday nights within the following timeframe:
- Sunday: 3:00 PM to midnight
- Friday: 6:00 PM to midnight
- Saturday: 3:00 PM to midnight
Your schedule will be set within these availability windows with at least three weeks’ notice provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to create a positive and efficient in-store experience for customers.
- Work flexibly across all store departments and be the primary contact for daily operational questions.
- Foster inclusive and supportive relationships that motivate colleagues to perform at their best.
- Confidently oversee store operations during the absence of the Manager.
- Make balanced and flexible decisions, adapting well to changes.
- Coach team members by providing feedback and demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Show curiosity and continuously seek ways to improve service for customers, communities, and the environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be aged 18 or over.
- Previous leadership or management experience within a fast-paced retail setting.
- A strong role model passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to build lasting positive relationships and cultivate an inclusive, supportive team atmosphere.
- Clear and effective communication skills using multiple channels to keep the team informed.
- A natural leader who inspires and motivates the team to achieve excellent results.
