Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, enforcing all company policies and procedures, and ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local laws alongside ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to established guidelines and techniques across all stations, including dough management, accuracy, and portion control. Fulfill station duties by preparing quality products according to prescribed procedures and maintaining proper product holding times.
• Consistently strive to meet the company's product goals while catering to customer needs, minimizing complaints, and responding promptly to feedback. Abide by all policies detailed in the Team Member handbook covering image standards, attendance, safety, and security.
• Demonstrate and live the company’s Core Values, maintain a positive working attitude, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and adapt flexibly to workplace changes.
• Ensure sufficient staffing during shifts, provide immediate feedback to address issues, uphold product quality, customer service, and operational performance measures such as food/labor costs and cleanliness, all within defined standards and policy frameworks.
• Support profit objectives by managing to company financial guidelines using the FOCUS System for accurate cash management. Assist in inventory control via the company’s systems to reduce losses.
