Shift Incharge - Night Shift at Mahesh Nagar Dark Store

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Shift Incharge to efficiently manage night operations at our Mahesh Nagar dark store. This role requires overseeing order fulfillment processes, maintaining delivery Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and supervising the operational team along with inbound partners during night hours.

Key Duties

• Manage complete night-time operations of the dark store, ensuring every order is fulfilled within the stipulated 10-minute delivery SLA.
• Lead and inspire a team consisting of pickers, packers, and delivery personnel to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
• Oversee the inward stocking process during night hours and conduct frequent inventory audits to reduce discrepancies and wastage.
• Ensure seamless coordination with delivery partners to guarantee timely dispatch with zero delays.
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving operational challenges, including technical issues encountered during the shift.
• Maintain store hygiene, safety protocols, and operational standards throughout the shift.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Previous experience as a Shift Incharge or Store Manager within Quick Commerce environments is essential.
• Candidates formerly employed by companies such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or Flipkart Minutes will be preferred.
• Willingness and ability to work exclusively during night hours.
• Strong leadership capabilities with adeptness at managing high-pressure, fast-moving situations.
• Basic proficiency with computer tools and inventory management dashboards.
