Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in ServiceNow as a Developer, Consultant, or Administrator to drive technological initiatives.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of IT Service Management workflows including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
- Work with ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery, IT Operations Management, Virtual Agent, and Application Portfolio Management.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripting components like Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
- Create integrations for ServiceNow using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and additional methods.
- Incorporate ITIL best practices and Agile development methodologies in your work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in domains like ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Performance Analytics, Orchestration, and Security Incident Response.
Working Conditions and Additional Information
This role is critical to supporting managed services, requiring maintenance and enhancement of client IT systems across applications and infrastructure. The position demands adaptability, including working shift patterns, providing on-call support to promptly address incidents, and managing after-hours deployments to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
