About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to become a permanent member of their team based in Singapore. This remote position requires candidates to be currently located in Singapore. Ideal candidates will possess between 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Core Responsibilities and Skills
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal, CMDB, Discovery, Release, and Knowledge Management.
- Development and management experience using Workflows, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Actions, Catalog Items, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
- Solid programming knowledge in JavaScript and AngularJS along with proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Asset Management components.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems including LDAP, SSO, JIRA, Workday, SCCM, Slack, and Tanium.
- Understanding and application of Agile methodologies in project execution.
- Strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
- Possession of CIS – ITSM certification is considered an added advantage.
