About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and precise professional specializing in ServiceNow IT Operations and Asset Management. This role demands managing IT asset lifecycle for effective resource utilization and maintaining seamless IT operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance IT asset lifecycle workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Continuously monitor performance indicators related to IT services and drive process improvements.
- Engage collaboratively with various teams to align IT operations with overall business objectives.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues linked to IT assets and IT service management.
- Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of IT assets along with operational procedures.
- Assist in rolling out new ServiceNow features and platform upgrades to improve system capabilities.
Candidate Profile
- At least two years of practical experience in IT operations or asset management roles.
- Competent in utilizing the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities.
- Strong analytical ability combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for teamwork and independent work.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework is advantageous.
