Job Overview
TCS is recruiting skilled ServiceNow GRC Developers to join their Hyderabad team. Candidates with 5 to 13 years of experience are invited to participate in an in-person interview session scheduled for July 25, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Applicants should have a notice period of up to 60 days.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
- Configure workflows for risk assessments, control testing, policy lifecycle management, and issue tracking.
- Customize the platform through Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer tools.
- Create and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of compliance data along with operational reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement scalable governance, risk, and compliance solutions.
Skill and Experience Requirements
- Proficient with ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules.
- Deep understanding of risk management, compliance, audit procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting environments.
- Experience in workflow automation and using Flow Designer.
- Well-versed with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CISGRC are preferred.
- Eligible candidates must hold at least a graduate degree.
Eligibility and Additional Information
Applicants must be graduates and have an experience range between 5 and 13 years. The role demands face-to-face participation in Hyderabad. Immediate joining candidates or those with up to 60 days notice period are accepted.
