We aim to be the foremost ServiceNow partner in Oceania, driving AI-powered business transformations. By blending deep ServiceNow knowledge with expertise in organizational change, business design, and areas like cyber, risk, and assurance, we assist clients in overcoming complex transformation challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.

  • Develop and customize solutions using ServiceNow tools such as JavaScript/Glide scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
  • Participate in architectural and solution design discussions, offering technical guidance to architects, consultants, and project leads.
  • Maintain platform health by supporting upgrades, reviewing instances, and ensuring adherence to best practices and an out-of-the-box-first methodology.
  • Foster strong client relationships, providing ongoing advice, knowledge transfer, and assistance throughout delivery phases.
  • Mentor junior consultants, graduates, and interns to promote skill growth and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing to help clients maximize their ServiceNow investment.
  • Keep updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements, particularly AI innovations and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ practical experience working as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, Developer, or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in configuring the ServiceNow platform, with a solid grasp of core features such as ACLs, business rules, client scripts, update sets, integrations, and data handling.
  • Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory; certifications like Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are advantageous.
  • Experience with integration technologies including REST, SOAP, MID Server, and OAuth.
  • Knowledge of data migration and transformation processes.
  • Familiarity with one or more ServiceNow workflows like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, PSDS, SPM, IRM/GRC, or SecOps is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively within distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A keen interest in continuously learning new technologies and staying abreast of ServiceNow advancements, especially in AI and automation.

  • Flexible work policies promoting a healthy work-life balance based on trust and autonomy.
  • A comprehensive benefits scheme, including annual wellness incentives, up to eight additional weeks of flexible leave yearly, and extensive family-friendly policies such as 26 weeks of gender-neutral paid parental leave.
  • An inclusive environment welcoming diversity in age, nationality, ability, culture, sexual orientation, and gender identity, committed to equitable recruitment experiences and accommodations where needed.
