Job description
Role overview
PureComm is seeking an experienced, hands-on Service Technician to support its Rockhampton-based operations. The company works with major cash-handling brands and service providers, delivering maintenance and repair services across a network of cash handling and gaming locations throughout Central Queensland.
What you will do
In this position, you will attend customer sites and carry out repairs and servicing on equipment used in day-to-day operations. The role offers variety, with work spanning different environments and machinery.
You will service locations such as banks, supermarkets, pubs, clubs, and service stations across areas including Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gladstone, Moura, Biloela, and nearby regions.
Equipment covered
The work involves a broad mix of equipment, including ATMs and gaming-related systems such as poker machines, site controllers, and cash redemption terminals.

This is a field-based role for someone who is motivated and experienced, and who enjoys practical technical work across multiple customer sites.
