Service Staff (m/f/d) - Full-time / Part-time

Role Overview

In this position, you act as the host on site and take responsibility for applying the relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the venue. You are also trusted with maintaining order and exercising house rules within your branch.

Key Duties

• Handle the usual tasks expected from a service employee in a gaming or hospitality environment.
• Carry out youth protection and player protection measures in line with legal requirements.
• Use your authority to help keep the location organized and orderly.
