About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Execute all aspects of rigging up and down service line equipment at both onshore and offshore sites under general supervision.
- Plan job operations including setting up equipment, directing well site activities, and supporting customer needs.
- Maintain, assemble, inspect, test, and operate specialized equipment at customer sites and field camps.
- Mentor and train junior Service Operators and Operator Assistants within your expertise areas.
- Monitor instrumentation and carry out calculations to ensure data quality at well locations.
- Engage with customers regarding services and products, fostering positive relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Inspect equipment per the job plan, properly maintain machinery, and complete all required job documentation.
- Lead safety pre-job toolbox meetings, review and confirm job plans with customer representatives, and manage any required adjustments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical computation skills are essential.
- Completion of a high school diploma combined with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in oil field drilling activities, including at least 4 years in underbalanced and/or managed pressure drilling.
- Must have attained the required competency level for Service Specialist II-GBA.
