• Assist with vendor onboarding, awareness activities, and alignment to standards.
• Draft service quality reports, performance dashboards, and management-level updates.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics, Public Administration, or a similar discipline.
• At least 9 years of experience in vendor management, service quality, stakeholder engagement, or operational oversight.
• Prior exposure to government, public sector, or other highly regulated settings.
• Strong analytical ability along with solid communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with dashboards, performance tracking, and vendor governance processes.
