Role overview
The Service Planner / Senior Service Planner will own the full service-planning cycle, keep data accurate, use internal systems effectively, monitor productivity, and work closely with multiple teams to keep service delivery smooth and timely. This position reports to the AOM/OM, Assistant Branch Manager, or Branch Manager and requires close coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build working expertise in company platforms such as iCABS and SCP, and maintain full active usage of Service Companion with more than 95% utilization.
- Support the shift to digital processes and ensure consumption, TOS, and service records remain correct.
- Work with IT for new user setup and for resolving device-related problems.
- Keep documentation accurate and follow the ticket-driven callout workflow carefully.
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly technician schedules for contracts, jobbing, renewals, and complaint visits.
- Plan work to reduce pending service load and support on-time completion.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to fit in urgent visits and handle STOP or termination-related issues.
- Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and service delivery KPIs on a technician-wise basis.
- Prepare and share SOS updates every day, week, and month, including GSS SOS.
- Share regular insights on backlogs, critical issues, ageing cases, and complaint patterns.
- Support AOM/OM/ABM/BM teams in tracking field KPIs.
- Coordinate routing, slot planning, and day-to-day adjustments with Sales and Operations.
- Escalate unresolved matters to higher management when needed.
- Plan leave in advance so service operations continue without interruption.

Education and other requirements
A minimum graduate qualification is required, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The role needs basic computer literacy, with stronger technical ability considered an advantage. Familiarity with MS Office or G Suite is expected. The candidate should also be willing to travel occasionally within the division.

This is an individual contributor position. The role involves interaction with customers and customer representatives externally, and with Sales, Operations, and other business support functions internally.
