Role Overview
A leading engineering company in Saudi Arabia is looking to add a Service Manager to its team in Al Madinah. The position calls for a seasoned professional who can oversee maintenance and service operations, manage client relationships, and guide a sizeable team.
Core Background
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering and bring 8 to 10 years of experience in maintenance or service operations. Experience with large maintenance contracts and working with Saudi clients is important, along with the ability to handle contract-related and operational responsibilities effectively.
Leadership & Operations Scope
This role involves leading teams of around 15 to 40 employees and ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery. Strong coordination, client management, and contract oversight skills are essential for success in this position.
Communication & Industry Fit
Arabic and English communication skills are preferred. Candidates with experience in elevator services, airport systems, industrial maintenance, automation, or other technical service environments will be especially well matched to the role.
