Role Summary
The Service Lot Attendant in Langley supports the service operation by keeping vehicles, delivery areas, and lot spaces clean, organized, and ready for customers. This role helps create a polished dealership experience by preparing vehicles, moving them as needed, and ensuring the premises remain safe and customer-ready.
The expected compensation for this role is $19.00 per hour.
Key Duties
- Prepare vehicles so they are clean, well-presented, and ready for customer handover or showroom and lot display.
- Uphold a high standard of vehicle appearance to contribute to a strong customer experience.
- Start vehicles on a routine basis, identify batteries that are running low, and recharge them when required.
- Keep the inventory lot arranged in an orderly and organized manner.
- Remove waste and debris from vehicles and work areas to maintain a tidy service environment.
- Keep the delivery zone clean, well-arranged, and free from any obstacles.
- Put away and organize supplies at the end of each shift.
- In winter, remove snow and ice from entryways, vehicles, and outdoor lot areas, and help keep walkways safe.
- Take on additional tasks as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- A valid British Columbia driver’s licence is mandatory.
- Ability to provide a current ICBC driver’s abstract on request.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team setting.
- Capable of safely operating assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Strong eye for detail and a commitment to consistent quality standards.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
