Role overview
This is a permanent, full-time Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative position based in Cork City, Glanmire, County Cork, Ireland. The role begins and ends at home each working day, with responsibility for visiting a range of customers, delivering services, and maintaining high service standards.
The starting salary is €29,350, with an on-target earnings potential of €32,500.
What you will do
- Travel to customer sites and complete service requests in a professional and courteous way.
- Use practical problem-solving to choose the most effective service solution for each customer.
- Install, fit, collect, and exchange products or units as needed during customer visits.
- Keep service management informed with timely updates and feedback on customer requests and related matters.
- Make sure all stock and services provided are suitable for the customer’s needs.
- Help shape route planning and service solutions for new customer requirements.
- Follow all company health and safety rules and procedures.
- Work to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Look for opportunities to generate additional sales and support company performance targets where appropriate.
What you need
- A full, clean Irish or EU driving licence.
