Job description
Role Overview
Zensho Singapore is hiring service crew members for Katsuan at Suntec City. This is an on-site opportunity with an expected opening in August 2023.
No prior work experience is required, as full training will be provided. The employer also welcomes housewives and students to apply. This position is open to Singaporeans only.
Compensation
Full-time pay can go up to SGD 2,600 per month on a 5-day work week. Part-time pay is up to SGD 14 per hour, and public holidays are paid at 2 times the hourly rate, which works out to SGD 28 per hour. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the basic hourly rate.

Service Duties
- Handle everyday front-of-house operations such as taking orders, processing payments, combining daily sales records, serving food and beverages, and answering reservation calls
- Deliver friendly customer service and manage customer feedback appropriately
- Keep personal grooming, hygiene, and professional presentation at a high standard
- Follow company operating procedures and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area
- Support preparation of food and drinks
- Carry out opening and closing procedures
- Take on other tasks assigned by supervisors
Kitchen Duties
- Prepare and cook food promptly while following the company’s standard operating procedures
- Maintain food safety, food quality, and hygiene standards at all times
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean and meets safety standards
- Clean food prep areas and kitchen equipment, and complete other assigned tasks as needed
Requirements
- Customer-focused and service-oriented
- Able to work effectively in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Responsible with a positive working attitude
- Prepared to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Has basic English communication skills
Additional Information
The role is scheduled to open in August 2023. Training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
