Oxygen Digital Shop is hiring a Service Coordinator to oversee customer service requests and complaint handling through O2 Care. This role acts as the main coordination hub between customers, service engineers, and branch teams in Kanjirapally, Kerala, India.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer service requests and complaints received via O2 Care.
Serve as the primary link between customers, technicians, and branch staff.
Plan and allocate service visits based on technician location, urgency, and technical fit.
Track ongoing service jobs and make sure they are closed on time with complete records.
Keep service information updated accurately in the ERP system.
Check in with customers after service completion to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.
Prepare daily and monthly service performance summaries for management.
Ensure service work follows company standards, warranty rules, and O2 Protection plan terms.

Eligibility

Candidates aged 25 to 40 who hold a graduate degree or diploma are eligible to apply.
