About the role
Level Electrical & Data Goulburn is seeking a motivated, well-organised, and energetic Service Administrator to become part of its expanding team in Goulburn, New South Wales.
This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm. The role is central to keeping daily operations structured, efficient, and moving smoothly.
The person in this position will handle job administration, scheduling, invoicing, document management, customer communication, and general office support. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, works confidently, stays organised, and enjoys finding better ways to get work done. A strong interest in problem-solving, process improvement, and technology will be valued.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain jobs within Simpro.
- Plan technician schedules and coordinate workloads effectively.
- Raise invoices once jobs have been marked ready for invoicing.
- Keep job documentation, records, and supporting files accurate and up to date.
- Liaise professionally with customers, technicians, and suppliers.
- Provide day-to-day office and administration support.
- Help manage workflow so jobs continue progressing without delays.
- Track tasks through to completion and maintain precise records.
- Support the broader team with general business administration tasks.
- Look for opportunities to streamline systems, processes, and workflows.
- Assist in introducing and monitoring process improvements across the business.
Requirements

- Comfort working independently while following company systems and procedures.

- Preferred background includes administration, scheduling, or service coordination.
- Experience in a trade or service business is advantageous.
- Experience using Simpro or similar job management software is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and communication skills.
- Experience with invoicing and customer service is beneficial.
